Howdy gringos!time runs fast! birds are back twittering for their bootycalls and tons of snow are melting. First, i’d say thank you giving miss holle! Awesome job this year! We spent pretty much all of our time in silvretta nova in the austrian alps. We got that sweet little crib with two appartments giving space for the entire crew!so many good times and love happened in that notorious place. I mean, who doesn’t love to get a wake up call with a raw fish bitchslap?!
Besides having the best place to stay for the season, we became kind of locals up there and could enjoy more pow rides and bc booters than ever.
I see that my conclusion is not that profound, so more precisely and personally speaking:
Chrigel won two jibcontests and had two of his worst bails ever- scared the fuck out of us believe me! Pascal Sülzgrind had a solid season, working a lot but always motivated- even got his first doublebackflip done! The last few weeks he had some sketchy moments- first day trying to do bs rodeo 7s in pow ended in a pretty nasty scorpion- his back is now totally banana shaped! Yvesdog had the pow season of his life i guess, until that weekend in avoriaz where he pretty much wrecked himself- destroyed foot and brocken wrist. Menno is THE table master! I didnt know that a snowboarder can have that much fun with tabling every day. Paudy is back on the track and was jetting as if there was no holding back! We still couldnt find out why there is that little affinity between him and trees. I think he at least kissed 3 or 4 straight in their woodface. We’re glad to have robin back since he was absent last season due to working obligations on oil platforms all over the world. Lauer finally went totally banana this season and stomped a friggin FS 9 DOUBLECORCK in pow- so intense! Well, the last thing is a pretty sad one- our loved big baby the sony hdr-fx1 is dying..we hope to have some last pleasent moments with her. Thanks for being a trusty companion the last 4 years!
Allright, its SPRINGBREAK, thats means slushy fundays, going totally bananas on parties and getting laid biiiig times!
